- Seared Scallop and Lemon Orzo Pasta from Cooking Light
J's Meals:
- Soy Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin with rice and cuban black beans
- Lemony Risotto with Asparagus and Shrimp
- Spaghetti with Homemade Marinara Sauce (recipe from a family friend) and a salad





Yum, it all sounds delicious! Something about Summer makes me crave seafood even more than usual so I may have to steal a few of these recipes. Have a great Memorial Day!
